Description:
We (Torre) are helping Remote Latinos find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Real Estate Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities.
- Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline.
- Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.
- Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
- Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.
- Contract Management using DocuSign.
