Myers Home Buyers is an award-winning Real Estate Investment company that has bought and sold 5000+ houses in the DFW area. We are looking for a Residential Acquisitions Agent who can help our team acquire more properties.
This is a real estate agent / straight commission position, where associates are making up to $350k annually. Training is provided as well as licensing scholarships available!

Your responsibilities would require:

• Evaluating Real Estate daily using the MLS and other tools
• Make recommendations for target acquisition prices, repair budgets and guidance on likely rental ranges.
• Consistently make offers on properties and hit purchasing objectives.
• Keep detailed notes on valuations
• Communicate consistently with customers and leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Real Estate License
• Have reliable transportation
• Great communication and follow up skills
• General understanding of area.
