We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, customer service, and calling. If you can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Industry Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of the real estate industry to provide effective support.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication in all interactions.
- CRM Proficiency: Use CRM software, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and documentation.
- Task Management: Organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and reporting.
- Independent Work: Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings using IT tools efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team.
- Reporting: Create and maintain daily reports to track progress and activities.
- Mail Management: Review and prioritize incoming mail, taking appropriate actions as needed.
- Professional English: Exhibit professional-level English in both written and verbal communication.
- Technology Requirements: Must have a computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
