Description:

Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

Job Timing:

  • 9 AM to 6 PM
  • 1-hour lunch break

Responsibilities:

  1. Reception & Communication:
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and developers.
  1. Developer Coordination:
  • Liaise with all developers, ensuring compliance with their requirements.
  • Keep track of ongoing developer projects and updates.
  1. CRM Management:
  • Utilize and manage CRM software for real estate portals like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of listings on all platforms.
  1. DLD & Legal Knowledge:
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) rules and procedures.
  • Handle agent and trade license registrations with DLD and other authorities.
  1. Agent Support & Coordination:
  • Schedule training for agents to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
  • Register agents with relevant developers and platforms.
  • Oversee agents’ tasks, including advertisement creation and listing updates.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Organize and maintain office records and files.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
  • Handle registrations and renewals (trade license, agent IDs, etc.).
  1. Team Liaison:
  • Act as a central point of communication between agents and brokers within the company.
  • Ensure agents follow company processes and policies.
  1. Advertisements & Marketing:
  • Supervise agents in posting and managing advertisements across all platforms.
  • Ensure advertisements meet company and platform standards.
  1. General Support:
  • Address day-to-day operational needs of the office.
  • Support management in special tasks as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of real estate practices, DLD regulations, and developer processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate portals.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of document processing for trade license and agent registrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real estate: 2 years (Required)
