Description:
VLAKAR Real Estate is a leading real estate company specializing in property management, sales, and leasing. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate databases and software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer service-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate department including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence
- Maintain and update real estate listings on various platforms such as websites and social media
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, and follow up with potential buyers or tenants
- Process lease and purchase agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Keep track of property maintenance requests and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records for all properties
- Assist with rent collection and accounts receivable management
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
