JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in simplifying the property-buying process for our clients. By leveraging your communication skills, you will understand their preferences deeply and provide personalized property options and investment opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE Renting & Secondary Market
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Can join immediately

• Assist clients in buying and selling existing residential properties in the secondary market.
• Market and advertise properties, including conducting open houses and online listings.
• Provide expert advice on property pricing, market trends, and investment potential.

• Coordinate property showings and ensure properties are presented in their best light.
• Prepare and manage legal documents, contracts, and disclosures related to property transactions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage and financing process, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on local real estate laws, market conditions, and industry best practices.
