Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying or selling process, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a strong interest in the field.
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online listing platforms.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual skills (a plus).
