Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying or selling process, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a strong interest in the field.
  • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online listing platforms.
  • A professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual skills (a plus).
