Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. The Real Estate Agent/Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales, leasing, or consultancy in Dubai (preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Certification: RERA certification is a must.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners.
- Understand clients’ needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate solutions.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet a monthly sales target of AED [Insert Target Amount/Value] in closed rental or sales transactions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Property Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties in Dubai and surrounding areas.
- Provide accurate information on market trends, prices, and comparable properties.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and present offers, agreements, and contracts for leasing or selling properties.
- Ensure adherence to RERA and other UAE real estate laws and regulations.
- Marketing & Advertising
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through online and offline channels.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract clients and secure exclusive property listings.
