JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Market and promote properties through various platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary properties.
- Excellent understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations and trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (other languages are a plus).
