Work closely with top professionals in the industry, assisting with vital administrative and transaction tasks, all from the comfort of your home. - Administrative Support: Manage emails, organize files, and handle correspondence for real estate professionals.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Market Research: Conduct research and gather property information for listings and presentations.
- Transaction Management: Assist with transaction processes, including reviewing contracts, managing deadlines, and ensuring contingencies are met.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions to ensure smooth operations.
- Closing Support: Facilitate efficient closings by coordinating with all stakeholders to finalize transactions.
- Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns professionally.
- Onboarding & Support: Assist with client onboarding and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, track property listings, and manage client databases.
- Marketing Assistance: Support real estate marketing efforts by managing online listings, creating flyers, and posting on social media platforms.
