A distinguished AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group based in Chicago. This is a compelling opportunity to engage in high-level real estate transactions with immediate client contact, in a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a broad spectrum of transactional real estate matters, ensuring meticulous execution of agreements and transactions.
- Engage directly with clients, providing them with comprehensive legal support and advice in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a high academic standing.
- Active Illinois Bar admission.
- 5+ years of transactional real estate experience in a large law firm, including handling purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.
- Experience in joint ventures, borrower-side financing, and fund experience is highly desirable.
Compensation commensurate with experience, base salary ranging from $285-435K, with discretionary bonus based on performance, and excellent benefits.
