The Lime Real Estate team is looking for a talented Real Estate Associate for the EMEA region. In this role, you will work closely with the EMEA Real Estate team to help build, manage and expand our industrial/flex real estate portfolio. You should have a solid command of lease administration processes, including contract management, payment schedules and rent reconciliations while ensuring compliance across all markets. Additionally our ideal candidate is experienced in managing all stages of the real estate project lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. Being detail-oriented, organized, and strategic, you will help to further professionalize our team and take us to the next level!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other Real Estate teammates on leasing & contract management, playing a critical role in all steps of the real estate lifecycle
- Manage and oversee the lease administration process for the EMEA region and ensure accurate documentation, timely rent payments and effectively collaborate with our Finance department to handle reconciliations and payment schedules
- Maintain accurate lease records within the lease administration database, ensuring data integrity, updates, and compliance with contractual obligations
- Prepare business cases to inform and advise our senior leadership team on important business decisions
- Develop and implement lease administration policies and procedures
- Determine success factors of our operational teams and develop processes, guidelines and playbooks to support them
