You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $175,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • 1+ year of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception
  • High level of adaptability to real estate technology and social media, we are 100% digital
