Job Description

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as part of the Ten Rep team you will be delivering customised consulting services. You will be supporting our Clients in the definition of the best real estate strategy, helping them lease the right space in the right location. Evaluating the risks and opportunities of each solution and accompanying them until the signing of the contract.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Assisting the client in the deployment of their real estate strategy: location strategy, ‘stay or leave’ decision-making, lease renewal or regear negotiation, disposal, acquisitions and sale, etc.
  • Providing bespoke and integrated client solutions by developing value and data-driven proposals
  • Transactional advice backed by expert market intelligence and research

Qualifications

  • A relevant university degree and +5 years professional experience
  • Proven experience and success in commercial Real Estate;
