JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing expert advice to clients interested in the Apex Skyline project. Your role will involve building strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in real estate, with at least 1-2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market and regulations.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) are a plus.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote the Apex Skyline project to prospective clients through presentations, property tours, and networking events.
• Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and the company to close deals effectively.
• Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
