We are searching for a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in the Dubai real estate market
- Conduct market research and property evaluations specifically catering to the investor/buyer profile
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients residing in Dubai
- Generate leads through various channels (referrals, cold calling, social media) focusing on the communities in Dubai
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients, ensuring cultural sensitivity
- Prepare and present marketing materials for listings, highlighting benefits for investors/buyers
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions with clients
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience for clientele
- Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends, with a specific focus on the investor/buyer segment

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (or a related field)
- Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE
- Fluency in English
- Valid UAE Driver’s License and reliable car preferred (a plus)
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly as it pertains to foreign investors/buyers
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented personality
- Thrives in a commission-based sales environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
