Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Consultant at Zylus Homes and Property (Ibadan Chapter), a Subsidiary of Zylus Group International, with flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as real estate sales, property negotiations, and training sessions. The role involves providing top-notch services to partners and clients, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Real Estate, Client Management, and Sales skills
- Negotiation expertise
- Training abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Banking, Business, or related field.
