Description:
We’re looking for a motivated real estate assistant to assist and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the leadership team of important information. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. - Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
- Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed
- Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
- Develop and implement strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts
- You must be able to juggle multiple projects, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
- Properly route phone calls, messages, mail, and packages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Provide high-level support to agents, clients, and leadership
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
- Assist with coordinating company events
- Poised, positive, outgoing, cheerful, and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
- Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
- High school diploma required
- Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS
- Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope, LoneWolf, Google Drive, Dropbox
- Intermediate/Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, InstaGram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc)
