Job Summary: The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to support the company’s growth and investment goals. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with donors, investors, and other stakeholders, managing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position requires frequent travel to meet with potential and current investors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the current real estate market and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with donors or investors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using fundraising software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in managing large-scale fundraising campaigns and projects, including developing strategies and overseeing execution.
  • A track record of successfully managing and nurturing donor or investor relationships.
  • Ability to handle significant challenges in fundraising campaigns with strategic thinking and effective problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with preparing and presenting detailed fundraising proposals and reports.
  • In-depth understanding of industry regulations and ethical standards in fundraising activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the real estate market to identify new fundraising opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in fundraising activities.
  • Address challenges in fundraising campaigns with strategic solutions and effective problem-solving.
  • Travel frequently to meet with investors, attend industry events, and promote HH Fund’s projects.
