Our Client, a newly launched asset management company, is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their dynamic team. With a substantial portfolio of assets under management and a strategic focus on residential real estate, this is an exceptional opportunity. The Investment Analyst may become the future Asset Manager.

• Prepare market and investment analyses, with a focus on various kinds of residential real estate opportunities
• Preparing decisions and developing proposals for determining investment strategy
• Evaluating, modelling, and rating real estate investment opportunities, conducting and coordinating due diligence
• Conducting macroeconomic analysis, monitoring the economic environment, interpreting trends and changes
• Gathering, analysing, and reviewing data and information to support the definition of investment strategy and tactics
• Analysing and evaluating (controlling) of the performance of managed assets in the assigned portfolios
• Assisting in the complete, accurate, and timely fulfilment of the company’s data reporting obligations relevant to the role
• Participating in the authorities’ investigations
• Participating in the execution of real estate investment transactions
• Strategic planning of the real estate portfolio’s lifecycle and preparing decision-making
• Preparing the necessary documentation for real estate investment transaction decisions, business planning and modelling, and developing proposals for financing, refinancing, restructuring, and other economic decisions.
