Description:

Real Estate Experience Is A Must

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – Functional competencies

  • Managing company website on a daily basis, updating and handling the traffic and maintenance.
  • Lead Generation campaigns for new developments and future projects
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
  • Assign qualified leads to agents through email or other communication methods
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Analyze the overall project presence and constantly regulate the process to increase the quantity of leads
  • Research and compile data on target audiences, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategies
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
  • Ensure that the CRM system delivers sales leads in a timely manner to the sales channel
  • Increase the number of qualified inquiries who respond to the company’s promotional efforts by recommending techniques
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills

SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS

  • Responsible for managing and updating company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and more
  • Experience in lead generation and sales
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Abilities to perform tasks in digital marketing, and social media platform management.
  • Ability to allocate social media spending budgets efficiently

MARKETING SKILLS

  • Should have knowledge of marketing campaigns, strategies, and tactics
  • Use marketing skills to develop strategies
