Description:
A leading real estate company in Riyadh is seeking a meticulous and driven Leasing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the leasing team through effective management of administrative tasks, assisting with tenant applications, and organizing property viewings. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication with potential tenants and maintaining up-to-date leasing documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside in Saudi Arabia with a valid sponsorship transfer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a similar role in real estate.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software.
- Solid understanding of Saudi Arabian real estate laws and leasing regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with lease renewals and manage rent collection processes.
- Prepare and review leasing documentation, such as rental agreements, applications, and renewals.
- Conduct background, reference, and financial checks for prospective tenants.
- Organize and manage property tours for potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate tenant information and contracts in the leasing database.
- Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries regarding property availability, rates, and leasing terms.
- Collaborate with brokers and agents to help attract prospective tenants.
- Oversee property inspections, including move-in and move-out processes.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve tenant-related issues.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, such as rental income and occupancy data.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, property listings, and promotional content.
- Participate in local events and promotions to enhance property visibility.
