Description:

A leading real estate firm based in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations for its commercial, retail, and residential properties. This position requires a proactive and strategic professional to drive occupancy rates, secure tenants, and ensure strong revenue generation through effective tenant relations and leasing management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with transferable sponsorship.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of leasing management experience, ideally in the Saudi real estate market.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing successful leasing strategies.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
  • Proven experience using property management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead negotiations with prospective tenants for new leases, renewals, and expansions.
  • Implement strategic leasing initiatives to optimize rental income across various property types.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants, highlighting key features.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure all lease agreements comply with Saudi property laws and company policies.
  • Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of lease contracts.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of competitive leasing conditions.
  • Work with internal teams (legal, finance, property management) to ensure smooth leasing operations.
  • Maintain high occupancy levels and meet established rental income targets.
  • Provide senior management with detailed reports on leasing activities and market conditions.
  • Supervise junior leasing staff, offering guidance and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the annual budget planning process by forecasting rental income and vacancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
