Real Estate Legal Advisor - Your Role :
As a Real Estate Legal Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in their client’s Legal Department, directly addressing and resolving construction-related legal issues. This dynamic position demands a proactive approach and a readiness to tackle challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage legal matters related to town planning and property developments
• Draft and review property contracts
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to various internal teams
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding unfinished construction projects
• Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes in property law

Real Estate Legal Advisor - Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in law with a specialization in real estate law
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in real estate law
• Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a significant advantage
• Discreet and proactive with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexible and hands-on problem solver
