Would you like to play a key role in Søstrene Grene’s expansion of stores? And do you have experience within English law concerning real estate. Then the newly created position as Real Estate Legal Counsel might be the perfect fit for you.
You thrive in a role with a wide range of contacts and will play a key role in managing contracts and external partners in relation to entering into lease agreements and supplier contracts in the UK.
Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will be part of a passionate team with a high level of drive and a strong focus on execution. To best support our Real Estate Directors and other stakeholders, we highly value strong communication skills, a solid team spirit, and continuous professional development through collaboration and assigned responsibilities from day one.

• Entering lease agreements and ensuring all legal matters related to lease agreements
• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating lease extensions
• Rent reviews
• Company maintenance
• Assisting the Real Estate Directors with legal matters related to lease contracts
  To succeed in this role, you have 5-10 years of experience from a similar position where you are accustomed to handling contracts and legislation, and you should also be self-sufficient in navigating English law. The position offers a high degree of freedom, which allowing you to shape the role. Additionally, experience in the retail industry would be an advantage.
  The position is based at our office in Manchester, working alongside other new colleagues at Søstrene Grene.
