THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A REAL ESTATE OFFICER TO BECOME AN INTEGRAL PART OF A PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED PURE WATER SPECIALIST, RECOGNISED AS THE INDUSTRY LEADER.

The person we are seeking enjoys working in a supportive team environment, will be able to prioritise and have a positive approach to customer service.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our Real estate clients, in conjunction with liaising with Property Managers and Tenants to process and manage all work orders from Real Estate Agencies and other. Previous experience with contributing to continuous improvement with systems and methodologies desirable.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The person we are seeking enjoys working in a supportive team environment, will be flexible, able to prioritise and have a positive approach to their work.
You will be responding to inquiries through outbound and inbound calls to Real Estate Agencies, existing and new customers, as well as Tenants. This will be in conjunction with using state of the art customer communication technology, to help facilitate customer communication. You will enjoy promoting our core business which ultimately provides the benefits of enjoying unlimited pure clean water.
You will receive individual attention and support from our Management Team and the existing team in all aspects of liaising with Puratap customers and providing customer service.
