Description:
An award-winning Real Estate Firm in the industry is seeking a Real Estate Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate property management and administration, with a focus on ensuring efficient coordination and smooth operations within the real estate domain. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing real estate administrative tasks, we would love to hear from you.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate admin.
- Expertise in using the Trakheesi System, Dubai Rest, and property advertising platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as MOUs, Contracts, Addendums, NDAs, etc.
- Familiarity with Tenancy and Leasing Forms/Agreements/Contracts, MOUs, Rent and Sales agreements, undertaking letters, Propspace, Mycrm, and Broker Pad.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Software and Adobe tools.
- Proven ability to generate reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 3 - 5 years of real estate admin experience to effectively manage and coordinate various real estate activities.
- Skillfully draft and manage legal-related documents such as MOUs, Addendums, Contracts, NDAs, etc.
- Leverage your expertise in the Trakheesi System, Dubai Rest, and property advertising platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle for verification, listings, and other related tasks.
- Prepare tenancy and leasing forms, agreements, and contracts with precision.
- Engage in MOU and Rent and Sales agreement preparation, undertaking letters, and the use of platforms like Propspace, Mycrm, and Broker Pad.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve department goals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Showcase computer literacy with proficiency in MS Software and Adobe tools.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate multitasking capabilities while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
- Display a sound understanding of UAE Labor Law and PRO works to ensure compliance.
- Capable of effectively calling landlords, checking availability, and arranging property viewings.
- Independently organize property details, including photos, videos, floor plans, title deeds, NOCs, and IDs.
