A leading GCC based Investment firm with a global multi asset real estate portfolio are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager. Working closely with the VP and Global Head of Real Estate Management in portfolio management of European and US Healthcare assets.
Must have senior living or care space property or operating platfoem hands on experience, including maintenance, renovations and capital improvement projects.
Demonstrable understanding of portfolio management and leasing marketing, strategic initiaitives which include leasing optimization, energy efficiency and vendor management.
Excellent communication skills combined with leadership.
Superb client management - dispute and resolution management experience required.
Accurate monthly management information reporting to senior executives covering asset optimization, risk mitigation and operational excellence metrics.
Must have international property management experience from Europe and North America is a bonus.
Specific focus on Heathcare assets is essential for a successful application
