Job Description
Job Description Summary

Manage Day to Day Operations of Facilities. Lead the team to handle various aspects of Operations including Engineering Operations, Compliances, Client Visits. Ability to resolve conflicts, communicate and manage operations within budgetary provisions.

  • Support the Regional Real Estate Manager Manager in all development, management and follow up of facility projects.
  • Send weekly reports to Real Estate Manager. • Report all Opportunity areas as far as Facilities and services
  • Industrial + BPO maintenance knowledge.
  • Detailed execution of maintenance plan focused on Critical equipment/devices
  • Frequently Walkthrougs for all sites, facilities improving action plans
  • Support management with technical aspects in the area of facilities and services 2 Manage, coordinate and control the administrative area according to facilities and safety for the company.
  • Weekly planning Handyman duties and tasks.
  • Monthly planning of facilities and services purchasing, execution, reports
  • Manage security for handyman, supervisors, clerks and coordinations personnel.
  • Keep tracking of contracts with vendors. • Personnel management. • Health and Safety policies and procedures knowledge.
  • Facilities maintenance knowledge based on TPM/LEAN
  • Operation of BPO company. 3 Support the company’s relationships with government institutions and other entities related
  • Purchasing/maintenance planning with vendors. • Manage contact with vendors. • Keep tracking of vendors’ performance.
  • Good Relationships with vendors.
  • Negotiation, trials, improvings 4 Verify and follow up on different maintenance contracts celebrated by the company according to facilities.
  • Monthly review contracts to verify vendors are meeting expectations place in contracts.
  • Good Relationships with vendors.
  • Knowledge of contracts with vendors.
  • Vendor management skills. 5 Manage and give follow up to the providers of services like: electricity, carpenters, plumbing, painting, gardening, cleaning of equipment and facilities, cleaning, transport, food services
  • Verify vendors are working in the proper area, where maintenance is needed.
  • Supervise the work of Maintenance and services teams.
  • Equipment maintenance advance knowledge.
  • Vendor management skills.
  • Good Relationships with vendors. 6 Manage, control and follow up on monthly supplies orders for the facilities, services needs.
  • Quotation of supplies with vendors. • Send Purchase order to Procurement and Services Coordinator.
  • Personnel management.
  • Purchasing management skills.
  • Inventory management skills. 7 Manage and give follow up to all providers of tech services and equipment services like: power plant, UPS, gas suppression system, fire system, air conditioning maintenance, and others.
  • Verify vendors are working in the proper area, where maintenance is needed.
  • Supervise the work of Maintenance teams.
  • Equipment maintenance basic knowledge.
  • Vendor management skills. • Good Relationships with vendors. 8 Manage, control and follow up on furniture delivery for each one of the business units.
  • Verify deliver furniture matches requests made.
  • Verify deliver furniture matches specifications in the bill.
  • Vendor management skills. 9 Communicate and follow up on the company’s policies on facilities matters.
  • Upon reception of updates, read, understand and ask questions as appropriate.
  • Communicate updates to all the teams
  • Publish and follow up on Memorandums related to the subject of facilities.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proper management of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Personnel management. 10 Train coordinators, supervisors, technicians of the company on policies and procedures of Facilities and services.
  • Induction to new vendors into company policies.
  • Provide updates to all vendors when new policies are implemented or changed.
  • Vendor management skills.
  • Good Relationships with vendors. 11 Perform other related duties as requested by management.
  • Be ready to comply with any new tasks related to Facilities, services and maintenance.
  • Industrial advance maintenance knowledge.
