Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio, managing property investments, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and a proven ability to manage multiple properties effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience 5-6 in business development, sales, or a similar role, specifically within the real estate and Brokerage industries.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic and Russian will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the holiday property, vacation rentals, and hospitality markets.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
