Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive office administrator to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for updating MLS listings, assisting with contracts, and scheduling team meetings. Organize filing systems and, when needed help other real estate team members with contracts, such as titles, executing commissions and coordinating buyer and seller information.
Assisting the managing broker in any additional tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external vendors. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing assistance in training development and vendor management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
  • Experience in training development or support is desirable.
  • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Google works and property management software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Pay: $16.61-$23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses and ensure monthly budget is adjured to
  • Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in vendor management by coordinating contracts, payments, and communications.
  • Support training development initiatives by organizing materials and scheduling sessions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in budgeting processes as needed.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Supervise clerical staff as required to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
