Description:
Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry leading real estate developer that’s seeking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal with at least 3-5+ years of experience to join their in-house legal team. This Real Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and land acquisitions, including documentation, due diligence, development and entitlements, closing and post-closing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing title & Survey documents, including drafting title objection letters. This position is paying between $90-100K+ plus generous bonus opportunity and a phenomenal benefits package. In addition, this position will be working on a flexible hybrid WFH schedule (2x WFH/week). Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of land acquisition and land sale contracts, including related documents such as amendments, escrow agreements, and easements.
- Creation of contract summaries for easy reference and review.
- Detailed review of title commitments, plats, and surveys.
- Drafting of title objection letters and assisting in the resolution of title issues.
- Scheduling and facilitating real estate closings.
- Preparation of deeds, other closing documents and closing instruction letters.
- Review and preparation of homeowners’ association documents.
- Maintenance of land acquisition and other files.

Bachelor Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
3-5+ years of experience handling real estate transactions specifically with commercial transactions or land acquisitions
Strong experience of title and survey, including drafting title objection letters
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
