QUALIFICATIONS:

• UAE Driver’s License
• At least 1 year of experience in property sales, customer service, or related fields
• Broad knowledge of Dubai’s property market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to changes in market conditions and client needs

The Real Estate Property Consultant collaborates with Real Estate Agents to negotiate the best deals for the clients and to facilitate the process of buying a property. Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
• Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
• Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest
• Analysing trends and identifying possible properties for clients
• Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions
• Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
