Description:
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- 1 years of experience as a Receptionist Administrator Role in Real Estate
- Energetic, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Active, result-oriented, strong ethic skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service in a professional and friendly manner in person, over the telephone, or via email
- Managing day to day administrative tasks from front reception including answering phones, mail and courier management, record keeping and filing, sending letters (strong aptitude for Microsoft Office)
- Admin Support for Real Estate Agents
- Liaising between the Agents and Clients
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Real Estate Documentation, and ensure customers and agents are provided with accurate information
- Prepartaion of Tenancy Contracts and Sales Contracts
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality.
