The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into Sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Real Estate industry, and will be driven to exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the Real Estate Industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies. MUST be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
