Are you our new Real Estate Strategy Analyst?
As a Strategy Analyst at Intrum REO in Athens, you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional real estate services and solutions by managing a large-scale real estate portfolio

What will you do :

• Perform analysis on real estate portfolio and databases (data analytics), in order to optimize the portfolio management
• Prepare investment reports for real estate portfolio acquisition according to the Company’s strategy
• Prepare reports and presentations for the top management as well as for internal and external customers
• Prepare complex financial models for the purposes of valuation (Discounted Cashflow Model) or for the formulation of business plans and budget
• Develop and assess solutions to accelerate and facilitate the sale of real estate portfolio
• Develop business plans and solutions for the acquisition, sale and operation of large scale hotel units
• Monitor the implementation of the business plan

What we are looking for :

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other relevant field
• Proven experience of 2 years in a similar role
• Good Knowledge of the Greek Property Market
• Excellent command of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek and English
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
