The Avenue Realty team is looking for their next operations team member. This person will work alongside the leaders of the Avenue Realty Team as their right hand and support. The right candidate will be assertive, organized, detailed, ambitious, confident, goal-driven and results-oriented. A love for problem-solving and “thinking outside of the box” is a must! This is a full-time, on-site position in the York region. The ideal candidate has reliable transportation and is willing to work flexible hours to properly assist the production of The Avenue Realty team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the right hand to the executive leadership team, managing their schedules, priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as the gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and requests, while prioritizing important tasks and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate and manage high-level projects, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Marketing of Listings, Business, and Team through social media and other avenues.
  • Supporting the team and realtors with ensuring all transactions run smoothly and efficiently, playing a paramount role in helping to prepare contracts, listing agreements, buyer agencies, and all other relevant contracts
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee and maintain an efficient filing system for executive documents, reports, and records.
  • Continually look for opportunities to increase office efficiency, save time, and improve profitability.
  • Take on special projects or initiatives, as needed, to support the entire team and drive the business forward
