Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a proven track record in sales, leadership, and team management. You will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Provide training and guidance on market trends, RERA regulations, and negotiation tactics.
- Generate and manage property listings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on pricing, new developments, and investment opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate laws and RERA guidelines.
- Drive marketing initiatives and support agents in closing deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property laws, market trends, and regulations.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a real estate sales team.
- Excellent sales, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
