Strategy and Transactions (SaT) service line is looking for a Real Estate Senior Consultant to join the transactions team. Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advisory our clients in their business and strategic decisions related to Real Estate;
- Portfolio and Investment analysis;
- Participation in all phases of a transaction and advisory process (buy-side and sell-side);
- Participation in all activities related to single and portfolio asset sale including the sourcing of new projects and the preparation of investment materials, potential investor identification, direct contact and follow-up;
- Development of financial models and different strategic alternatives (M&A, IPO, asset developments, assets under operation, etc.) and for different equity structures;
- Corporate, portfolio and asset-level valuation analysis;
- Preparation of high-quality presentation materials for client teasers, investor information memorandum and other transaction-related marketing documents, both in English and Portuguese;
- Transaction diligence (buy-side and sell-side/carve-out), including lender diligence, real estate asset diligence and transaction closing;
- Team with our capital strategy/brokerage platform, which includes property and real estate transactions and fund raising;
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- Academic education in Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Business Management, Economics or similar fields of study;
- More than 3 years of experience in the Real Estate sector (development, asset management, capital markets or investment advisory) or in a Big 4 environment;
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients;
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed expectations;
- Ambition to grow on a recent team;
- Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook required;
- Desirable- Experience in Capforce, data analytics, and/or BI tools;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
