Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Valuations, Lending, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experienc
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Risk Management, Compliance, or Legal experience
- Knowledge of real estate appraisal regulatory framework and enterprise real estate valuation, environmental and construction policy
- Experience designing executing and reporting on front-line monitoring activities including leveraging data analysis and trending to drive decision making in managing monitoring routines
- Identifies opportunities for business process improvement and delivery standards
- Ability to establish a robust routine to deliver management activities effectively, including supervision of daily operations
- Strong understanding of Process, Risk and Control and experience with RCSA (Risk Control Self Assessments) execution/refresh
- Experience in compliance or operational risk management including knowledge and understanding of associated risk management policies
- Demonstrated capability to independently raise issues, escalate early, and engage in constructive credible challenge
- Experience in exam/audit management
- Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills; ability to guide discussions at multiple management levels
- Ability to think strategically and pivot between multiple priorities
- Experience skillfully building constructive and effective relationships
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS office products
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct report

In this role, you will:
- Manage residential real estate related services in lending, valuation and or underwriting within a major geographic area
- Provide direction and guidance to achieve objectives
- Oversee service levels, ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Make day-to-day managerial decisions and resolve issues related to team tasks, processes and procedures under direction of the Valuations management
- Leverage interpretation of departmental processes, requirements, and procedures
- Collaborate with business unit managers to understand needs and make or recommend adjustments to improve turnaround times, customer service, and quality
- Interact directly with customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Valuations
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Job Expectations:
- Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working on-site 3 days and at home 2 days
- Ability to work remote including reliable internet service
