The demand for high quality real-world evidence (RWE) and health outcomes (HO) research to support drug development, /access decisions, product differentiation, and clinical decision making continues to increase. The purpose of the Value, Evidence, and Outcomes (VEO) International medical affairs team is to accelerate equitable patient access and transform healthcare delivery through the execution and communication of bold, high impact science. Same situation applies for Investigator initiated studies. We are looking for talented, energetic, creative, diverse, influential, and collaborative team members to join the Medical Affairs function and Team Lilly.
The Evidence generation scientist will provide strategic insight/leadership into Real World Evidence (RWE) and will support CRPs to navigate and guide HCP who requests IITs. The scientist will use their knowledge of RWE and health outcomes disciplines, therapeutic area knowledge of cardiometabolic health, understanding of drug development and commercialization, and geographic market knowledge in the role. Research project ownership and execution is required. The scientist will have duties including developing and articulating RWE/HO strategy and real world evidence generation.
