RECE/Assistant Supervisor

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an RECE/ Assistant Supervisor at our North Toronto location! All About Kids is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and most importantly, warm hearted individual, who is passionate about working with children.
We offer programs and licensed care for infants through to 6 years. Our learning environments are set up to encourage children to explore and have fun while staff act as observers and co-learners during children’s play. Our Educators join the children at their level engaging in meaningful teaching experiences. We encourage a play-based environment by providing child initiated and adult-supported experiences in Language, Numeracy, Science & Sensory.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Early Childhood Education Program
• Member in Good Standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Current Vulnerable Sector Screening Check
• Standard First Aid and CPR- Level C
• Current Immunization and health assessment

Additional Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to collaborate with supervisor, staff, children and families
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Experience in program planning
• Maintain records such as ; documentation ,incident reports, monthly reports
• Strong Computer skills - able to navigate Microsoft Excel , Word
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood frameworks
