JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support and serving as the central point of communication for clients, visitors, and internal staff, ensuring a positive and efficient experience in two languages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
