Description:

Strata Management SA is an established, highly reputable management company providing services to Strata & Community Title properties (unit groups, housing estates, apartment buildings, flats, marinas, commercial properties etc) throughout Adelaide, suburbs and regional areas.
We are seeking a bubbly and energetic person to lead our phone reception role supporting our successful team of managers. Joining our team is about being part of a great culture and contributing positively to that culture with on the job training and support provided by a company that cares about its people.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with hours 8:30am to 5:00pm (phones turn off at 4:00pm on Fridays) in our office at Fullarton Road, Eastwood.

The position will include duties such as:

  • Answering telephones, transferring calls, taking messages and handling inquiries from clients and other parties as the primary contact point
  • Greeting of visitors to the office
  • Management of primary office email account
  • Preparation, collation and issuance of search documentation for property sales
  • Correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers
  • File management including new business onboarding
  • Follow-up of maintenance jobs and quotations
  • Data entry including processing changes of ownership of properties
  • Processing mail and email communications
  • Electronic issuance of Management Agreements
  • Keeping work area tidy

  • Excellent keyboard skills and operating knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • Able to be proactive and have good problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently as well as supporting the team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and be trained in specialised software
  • Be well presented and friendly
