DESCRIPTION

Right at Home Mackay is looking for someone to be the face of our Company. Do you want to be part of a dynamic team. We are a locally owned company providing support to our Aged and Disabled community members.
Training and on going support is provided.
Monday-Friday: 9am-3:30pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cert III in Business Administration
  • National Police Check
  • Computer Skills
  • Good phone and communication skills
  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Knowledge of Aged Care and Disability Sector
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Rostering would be desirable
  • Conflict resolution skills desirable

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of a running a busy office and providing support, to the team.
  • Be able to multi task would be desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Operational skills to deal with Fleet Management, Monthly Newsletter and mailouts
