Our campus has recently expanded with several new multi-level facilities being built. We are looking to fill the key role of a Reception/Admin Support team member on our Community Life team.
We are looking for an individual who is able to create a high level of satisfaction in the administrative services they provide to residents, and is able to act as a liaison between residents and administration with a desire to serve others. This individual will welcome, greet and support residents, staff and guests with a positive, can-do approach that fosters a sense of confidence in Community Life services, as well as providing other reception services that include answering phones, answering questions, problem-solving with and directing their customers effectively.
To be qualified for this role you must have a HS diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant work experience or an education in a relevant field, and an interest in working with older adults is preferred.
Starting wages: $19.00 - $20.50/hr DOE
Shift: General business hours and may be required to work some holidays.
This is a variable hour and on-call position with a minimum of two hours a month.
