Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Receptionist/Administrative Clerk, you’ll be the friendly face of CFA, welcoming clients, supporting our team, and keeping things organized. This administrative support role is perfect if you’re eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and Assist:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; manage the general email inbox.
  • Office Coordination:
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment servicing.
  • Organize shared spaces and assist in setting up for meetings or company events.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage schedules and assist with booking appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, including reports and presentations.
  • Communication:
  • Act as a liaison for internal communication between teams and support external inquiries.
  • Event Support:
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including booking venues and preparing materials.
  • Proposal Support:
  • Assist with preparing proposals by gathering required information and ensuring proposal packages are accurate and professionally assembled.
  • Project Support:
  • File, proofread, and distribute documents to support the team’s projects.
  • Technical Support:
  • Assist in preparing computers and setup for new employees (training provided).
