Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Receptionist/Administrative Clerk, you’ll be the friendly face of CFA, welcoming clients, supporting our team, and keeping things organized. This administrative support role is perfect if you’re eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and Assist:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; manage the general email inbox.
- Office Coordination:
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment servicing.
- Organize shared spaces and assist in setting up for meetings or company events.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules and assist with booking appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, including reports and presentations.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison for internal communication between teams and support external inquiries.
- Event Support:
- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including booking venues and preparing materials.
- Proposal Support:
- Assist with preparing proposals by gathering required information and ensuring proposal packages are accurate and professionally assembled.
- Project Support:
- File, proofread, and distribute documents to support the team’s projects.
- Technical Support:
- Assist in preparing computers and setup for new employees (training provided).
