Position: Reception and Club Host
Location: Chelsea Waterfront, SW10
Working Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday: 06:00 - 14:00 / Thursday and Friday 13:30 - 22:30 / Saturday 16:00 - 22:00
Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team at the prestigious Chelsea Waterfront development. This luxurious, upmarket development will eventually comprise 600 residential apartments, commercial workspaces, and restaurants. The leisure centre, is set to open in the next two to three months and includes state-of-the-art facilities such as a gym, pool, sauna and steam room.

Responsibilities:

As a Reception and Club Host at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all residents and guests.
  • Conduct tours of the leisure centre, showcasing the facilities and ensuring residents are familiar with available services.
  • Assist with setting up the resident lounge and meeting space, including preparing tea and coffee.
  • Open and close the leisure centre, ensuring all areas are secure and ready for use.
  • Regularly check the pool and facility temperatures, ensuring they are within safe and comfortable ranges.
  • Perform stock-taking duties to ensure all supplies are adequately maintained.
  • Collaborate with the cleaning team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Undertake first responder training, provided and funded by the company, to handle any minor emergencies.Coordinate with the pool training team to ensure regular pool testing and compliance with safety standards.
