Portico are recruiting a Reception and Hospitality Host (Meeting Services Host) for our team based at the offices of a dynamic firm of accountants and business advisors with a professional yet down to earth approach, who thrive on great relationships and solid partnerships.
The role is a combination of F&B, front of house reception, and providing AV assistance. So, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their skills and take charge of the full client journey.
There are 11 meeting rooms in total and the Meeting Services Host assists with the running of all internal and external meetings, providing assistance to the Guest Service team and F&B team when needed.
Building relationships and imbedding themselves into the client team will be essential for the successful candidate to fully comprehend their needs and assist different areas of the business.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 7am-7pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £30,740
Qualifications
Previous experience of working within a corporate customer service or reception operation is essential, as well as experience with using Microsoft Teams and audio visual equipment to a good level for the purpose of video conferencing.
Personality is another key factor, with the successful candidate possessing the ability to quickly build strong working relationships and rapport with absolutely anyone. We are looking for someone bubbly and chatty, with a great sense of humour. As well as an insatiable passion for delivering outstanding customer service to an impeccably high standard.
A hands-on approach and can-do attitude is also essential for the successful candidate, as this varied role will revolve around helping the clients team with a spectrum of tasks.
