Description:
We’re looking for a personable, dynamic, and organized individual to join our team as a Reception and HR/HSE Admin Support. As the primary front desk receptionist, you’ll greet visitors, answer calls, and direct them to the right staff or department. You’ll also provide essential administrative support for our HSE and HR functions. This role is ideal for a skilled administrator eager to grow their expertise in both HSE and HR while managing a variety of tasks with ease.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong and positive communication skills: verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sound judgment, initiative, flexibility in work arrangements and schedules, attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), use of technology, and general office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of HR & HSE protocols is an asset.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
(Certificate or Diploma in a related field is desirable.)
- 1-3 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in an office and/or safety-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- To effectively complete the responsibilities of this position, the candidate must be able to complete the following:
- Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Keep the lobby, photocopy room, boardrooms, and kitchen areas organized and clean.
- Maintain accurate staff rosters and information in SiteDocs, B2W, and Fleet Complete.
- Manage PPE inventories, order supplies, and fulfill field requests as needed.
- Support HR & HSE with record-keeping, assist with onboarding and orientations.
- Coordinate requests for building support services
(e.g., water, plumbing, electrical, garbage).
- Ensure basic office supplies are stocked and available.
- Monitor and update safety registries as directed.
- Provide emergency response support, including ERP for the facility.
- Perform various other administrative duties as required.
